Terms of Service

Draft for review · September 24, 2026

Draft for review. These are draft terms for planning. They do not replace a finalized agreement. Confirm the service operator, commercial terms and local requirements before using them with customers.

1. Service

RideOn is intended to connect passengers and drivers for requested trips. The final terms must identify the service operator, operating area and whether RideOn provides transportation itself or acts as a booking platform.

2. Accounts

Users should provide accurate contact and trip information, protect their login details and use the service only when legally permitted. Driver eligibility, vehicle documents and verification requirements must be stated before driver onboarding.

3. Bookings and fares

Passengers should review trip details and any fare shown before confirming. Fare calculation, payment methods, cancellation charges, refunds, promotions and taxes must be published for the live service before bookings are accepted.

4. Safety and conduct

Passengers and drivers must follow applicable law and treat one another respectfully. Users must not impersonate others, arrange unlawful trips, misuse location data or endanger people. Emergency situations should be reported to local emergency services.

5. Driver and passenger responsibilities

A driver is responsible for lawful and safe operation of the vehicle and compliance with applicable licensing and insurance obligations. Passengers must provide a workable pickup point and follow reasonable trip safety instructions.

6. Availability and third parties

Trip availability may depend on nearby drivers, network connectivity, maps and other providers. The final terms should identify any integrated payment, mapping or verification terms that apply.

7. Privacy, suspension and disputes

The final RideOn Privacy Policy should explain trip and location data handling. RideOn may need to restrict accounts involved in abuse or safety concerns, with processes set out in the final terms. Liability, dispute resolution and governing law need review for the operating area.
